How long is the processing time?

Your order may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to ship out, depending on the quantity of orders ahead of yours! It's possible for your order to ship out sooner than 2 weeks! We try our best to get your order out as soon as we can, but "we" are only 1 person! Thank you for your patience!

How should I wash my items?

Your items should be washed inside out on a cool/warm setting! For drying, please dry them on a cool setting or allow them to air dry if possible to maintain the quality of the embroidery!

How does sizing work?

The apparel we use is unisex sizing! We provide sizes S through 4XL! Please refer to the sizing information page for pictures and a detailed description of what we offer!

What should I do if I have a question that hasn't been answered through the FAQ's?

Please feel free to contact trippythreadzz@gmail.com, fill out the contact page, or DM us on instagram with your question! We will try to get back to you as soon as possible and help to the best of our ability!

Once my ordered is dropped off at the post office, how long until I recieve my package?

Once your package is dropped off, the post office is responsible for your items and shipping times! The shipping I provide takes an estimated 5-8 days to reach the buyer! If their are delays in your package or your item was lost, please contact your local carrier! Please keep in mind that the post offices may face delays that are out of my control!

Can I return or exchange my item?

We use a no return/no exchange policy due to each of our items being made to order! If you're item is recieved damaged or not as pictured, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue! Sometimes mistakes happen, but we can fix any problems! If we come to an agreement that a return or exchange can be made, I will contact you with the next steps! You can also refer to our returns and exchanges policy at the bottom of our website!

Can I change the size or color of my item after my order is placed?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we will not be able to change the color or size of your item! Each item is ordered as soon as we recieve your order! Please make sure to choose the correct sizing!

What if I need my item sooner than the estimated shipping date?

If you click on the shop button, and go under upgrades, there will be a listing that you can add to your cart called "Rush My Order"! This will place a priority on your order and move it to the front of the line! If you choode to purchase this, your order should be shipped out in 1-2 weeks from your order date!

How do I place an order for a custom sweatshirt?

To place an order for a custom sweatshirt, please contact us first! You can email trippythreadzz@gmail.com, use our contact page on our website, or for the fastest response, DM us on instagram! If we recieve too many custom orders, we may not accept any at that given time! Please allow us up to 72 hours to respond to your message! If we are able to create your custom item, I will reach out to you and let you know what custom listing to purchase, which will be under the shop tab!

How does pricing work for custom orders?

For pricing, the cost consists of labor, stitching time, digitization, and sweatshirts! Digitization costs anywhere from $5-$20 per item depending on the complexity of the design. For deisgns with longer stitching times, the prices will be adjusted to account for that! Please reach out for any price estimates you may need and we'd be happy to help!
